“Etude pour Octuor de violoncelles” (“Study for cello octet”) by Anssi Karttunen and his high level students.

“Fleurs d’Opale” ("Opal Flowers") appears in the list of pieces to choose from, for the entrance examination to the Preparatory Cycle for Higher Education (CPES) piano. At the CRR in Paris, a student of Jean-Marie Cottet who chose this piece brilliantly succeeded in his competition.

On France-Musique, during Gabrielle Oliveira-Guyon’s “Musique matin” program, the sequence entitled “Place à la Création” is devoted to the broadcast of “Métamorphoses” for harp in Catherine Michel’s recording.

As guest composer, participation in the Summer Academy “Les Petites Mains Symphoniques”, organized in Verneuil d'Avre-et-d'Iton (France) by Eric du Faÿ, concurrently with the 7th festival “Symphonic Stars”.
At 11 am, at the Moulin de Bâlines, conference on musical composition: birth and awareness of a vocation as a composer, the means to achieve it.
At 5:00 p.m., at the Saint-Nicolas Church in La Ferté-Vidame, during a concert given by the participants, students and teachers, the following works were performed:
- The first 4 movements of “Cinq Pièces Brèves” for piano, by Paul Lecocq and Thomas Nguyen
- “Quatre Caprices” for violin, by Valentin Seignez-Bacquet
- “Trois Eaux-fortes” for piano, by Sophia Vaillant
- The first movement of the Trio “Echos dans la Vallée”, by Valentin Seignez-Bacquet, violin, Alain Damien, clarinet, and Li Xie, piano.

Member of the jury for the award of scholarships from the Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet Foundation for Vocation.
